- 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill gluten free flour
- 4-5 very ripe bananas (1 1/2 cups), mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and set aside. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
